Make drinks and warm food, take orders at cashiers, and keep the store clean.

With the experience from working at a previous Starbucks store, have been fixed and replaced broken/wrong equipments, and trained other baristas to make the right drinks, while learning new store environment.

Trained and observed the baristas so that the busy store could offer the right orders to each customer. Not only making sure each baristas keep up and do the right job at each position, controlled the entire flow to serve the customers quicker.

Took reservations/cancellations over phone, welcomed on arrival, set up breakfast station.

Responded to special requested and complaints

so that the guests could relax during stay.
