• Assessed   patients to determine their daily and ongoing care needs in a geriatric setting where patience and tender care is paramount

Lead a care team comprising of an RN,LPN and Nurse technician in caring for a 12 patient load post operative patients where fast assessments was needed in priotization of care while maintaining focus on pain control and the usual post operative complications including but not limited to bleeding

Worked mainly in the operative room in the nurse assistant capacity and also floated hospital wide in obtaining vital signs and reporting any abnormalities to the registered nurse and general care of patients
