Ever since I can remember, music has been a passion that’s lived inside me. Beyond just the sound, I've always been drawn to the god-given intricacies of the human voice and the way certain artists can hit notes only a select few are blessed to reach. Similar to athletes, musicians possess natural gifts that can't be taught, and I've developed an obsession with recognizing those rare abilities. What intrigues me most is how upbringing, dialect, and culture shape the sound and how different regions breed different styles, slang, and deliveries, especially in hip-hop and R&B.

My background as a professional athlete has given me a unique perspective on raw talent and what it looks like before the world sees it. I have a knack for identifying what's next before it becomes mainstream. Through my time in the NBA, I've built a diverse network of creatives, artists, and tastemakers that could help bridge talent to opportunity. I’ve even dabbled as an artist myself, writing songs and recording music experiences that I believe could make me valuable in creating reference tracking and songwriting with the talent I discover.

I'm ready to bring my passion, ear, and authentic love for the art to the A&R world by finding diamonds in the rough and helping cultivate the next generation of stars.
