• Provide direct services, treatment, rehabilitation, and support to individuals diagnosed with mental illness.
• Develop, carry out, and record care plans for individual patients.
• Document patient progress through internal reporting as well as providing copies to the patients guardians and or social worker.
• Responsible for logging incident reports in regards to contraband, behavioral changes, altercations etc.

• Build rapport with children and engage in outreach activities with families.

• Conduct ABA therapy with children who have developmental disabilities.

• Fill out session notes and parent logs per the BCBA's request.

• Performs client care duties for residents who present problematic sexual/mental health behaviors.

• Facilitates team building exercises so the youth can join forces with each other and the community.

• Perform admin services in regards to logging patients whereabouts and behavior every 30 minutes in patient log book.

• Manage transportation for the youth to daily appointments, school, home visits etc.

• Maintain the safety and security of all residents and upholding the rules and principles of the home.

• Documenting and logging all internal and external activities of the facilities.

• Create a secure, safe-care, and skill based environment for the youth.

• Create lesson plans that teach the youth about everyday life and situations through different tasks, games, and open discussions.

• Facilitates team building exercises so the youth can join forces with each other and the community.

• Attend team and faculty meetings monthly.
