Fund Transfer Pricing

• Support ongoing funds transfer pricing execution and adherence to policies and controls, including all regulation and/or guidance which impacts FTPExposure to Citi's balance sheet and develop understanding of data and technology infrastructure supporting the liquidity reporting process.
• Supporting strategic and transformational efforts to enhance FTP policy, frameworks, and funds transfer pricing systems
• Appropriately assessing risk when business decisions are made and actively monitoring FTP reporting to effectively manage the bank's balance sheet

Daily Balance Sheet - Citigroup

• Overview of Citi's Daily Balance Sheet for OCC requirements with a portfolio of $2 Trillion
• Managing and leading a team of two highly skilled senior analysts
• Analyzing and addressing the inconsistent movement in the Balance Sheet daily
• Daily review of the Balance Sheet, tracking issues and improvising the underlying data with the Global Process Owner (GPO)
• Cultivated strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, regulators, and community leaders to promote collaboration and long-term success.
• Leading ad-hoc analytics on themes that arise at senior management's request or through proactive research of potential issues

Close Assurance and Analytics: RUK, Romania and Bulgaria

• Lead for the Close Assurance and Analytics (CAA) process for key EMEA countries; Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Romania & Bulgaria for E2E reporting and analysis of US GAAP financials
• Preparing and providing detailed analytical insights into the monthly results to senior stakeholders within Citi
• Leading and chairing the monthly financial calls with the CFO and Country Controller
• Led the standardization initiative - Created, designed and executed a standardized query across EMEA countries on the Flexcube Platform
• Closely working on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), R&C requirements and Audit Documentation

Financial Planing & Analysis: Forward Looking Activities - Planning, Outlook, and Forecasting

• Managed Outlook and Plan forecasts for the entire EMEA region, SPOC for all planning related adhocs for the region
• Working closely with country FP&A, business teams & support teams (Global functions, Expense workstreams, product FP&A)
• Providing strategic insight on financial trends for key countries and timely identifying areas for business improvement
• Ensuring Interest revenues and expenses are aligned with the Balance Sheet and aligning the Compensation with Headcount
