Title: AUTOMATED DOCUMENT EXTRACTION AND CLASSIFICATION
Patent #: 10,977,291
Approved patent for classifying tax documents to specific sub types and further processing these documents to extract relevant tax information that can be applied to tax returns. This innovative project not just reduced but eliminated the biggest pain point for tax professionals which is data entry. Leveraging Machine Learning we were able to reduce data entry per tax return from multiple days to a few minutes. These time savings are huge for our customers. The patent has powered multiple new features in the tax and bookeeping products in company's ecosystem, hence driving huge new revenue streams.
