A dedicated and hardworking Registered Nurse (RN) with Bachelor of Science in Nursing and 6+ years of experience of effectively and efficiently managing patient care activities. A progressive career history and personal developments. Am an extremely organized, calm, flexible, problem solver, and team player with excellent healthcare skills. With proven ability to remain calm under pressure and skillfully handle difficult and stressful situations. Passion for providing quality care to patients and developing therapeutic relationships with patients and families through empathetic communication, respectful attitude. The present role as registered Nurse in skilled nursing facility at IL, often evaluate and provide care to up 26 patients daily. Have been recognized as a dedicated, ambitious and reliable person who can work with or without supervision. Anticipating a relationship that would be mutually beneficial, because of the comprehensive set of clinical skills to offer in patient care and safety, excellent skills in infection control to reduce the rate of hospital acquired infections . And other relevant skills that will be valuable to the facility. As am looking for a challenging environment to exercise the skills and develop myself to meet the evolving healthcare with variety of patients’ needs.
