Ø Conducting continuous quality control inspections of all aspects of the facility.

Ø Provide daily and weekly summary reports to QC S&C Manager.

Ø Notifying Shift Manager promptly of any/all serious security concerns, or any element that constitutes a breach of security.

Ø Conduct Quality Control inspections and contract standards that pertain to the security of the facility.

Ø Make frequent checks and report on central control, all external gates, armed guard post, and rover patrols, Report any violations that could affect facility security.

Ø Provide on the spot correction of minor security findings while ensuring that all findings are reported.

Ø Assist Quality Control Officer as required.

Ø Any other duties as required by H&S Manager or Security Manager.

Ø Recommending corrective actions or best practices to enhance facility security systems, security operations, and security practices.

Ø Provide assistance to third party inspectors/auditors conducting facility annual or formal inspections.

Ø Recommending Training Topics to the Training Department based on field observations of staff performance

Ø To assist the Security Officer in ensuring the safety and security of human beings, valuable materials, and classified document pertaining to the premises.

Ø To efficiently supervise and manage the Security Personnel during his tenure.

Ø To trained the Security Personnel in all security drills and security procedure laid down in the standing orders.

Ø To deploy Security Guards during his Shift.

Ø Inspect the log of entry and exit of personnel, materials, vehicles and stores at the commencement of his duty and at the end his duty.

Ø Be totally accountable for all eventualities during his Shift.

Ø Secrecy job operation inside Embassy.

Ø Ensuring the development and maintenance of the Port Facility Security plan.

Ø Implementing and exercising the port Facility Security plan.

Ø Undertaking regular security inspections of the Port facility to ensure the continuation of appropriate security measures.

Ø Enhancing security awareness and vigilance to the port facility personnel.

Ø Reporting to the relevant authorities and maintaining records of occurrences that threaten the security of the port facility.

Ø Coordinating with security services as appropriate.

Ø Ensuring the standards for personnel responsible for security of the port facility are met.

Ø Watch for irregular or unusual condition that may create security concerned or safety hazard.

Ø Sound alarms contact direct supervisor in case of emergencies or presence of unauthorized persons.

Ø Warn violators of rule infractions, such as loitering, smoking or carrying forbidden articles.

Ø Permit authorized person to enter property and monitors entrances and exits.

Ø Observe departing personnel to protect against theft of company property and ensure that authorized removal of property is conducted within appropriate client requirements.

Ø Investigate and prepare reports on accident, incidents, and suspicious activities, maintain written logs as required by the post.

Ø Provide assistance to customers, employees and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.

Ø Supervised the deputized personnel in issuing TVR (Traffic Violation Receipt) to illegal parkers especially traffic violators and coordinate closely to Det. Commander in a smooth flow of traffic especially rush hours and celebration even.

Ø Supervise overall orderliness of events/activity and security operation during celebrations of big events and controls ingress of suspicious threat/troubles and or prohibit media.

Ø Conduct random inspection of guard post and regular inspection of vulnerable areas, to determine level alertness.

Ø Responsible the safety Of Security equipment of the agency and client.

Ø Provide support to, and work with, other team members.

Ø Restock supplies where necessary.

Ø Receipt ,issuance , and maintenance ,safekeeping of supplies, materials and equipment and other properties and facilities of the commercial center.
