- Currently managing multiple projects for Bayer Crop Science data asset team, which include program/projects for RISE, MyCrop, B2B and SmartCenter.
- Also handled project budgets, forecasting, monthly team actuals entries in EzTrack, candidate interviews and other resource management activities.

- RISE is a multi-year transformational program, aimed at supporting Bayer’s Digital Transformation ambition to establish an integrated flexible ERP platform based on SAP S/4 HANA
- Kicked off in 2021, I have been managing all aspects of the RISE project for Cu360 S&P team, which is scheduled to go live in May 2023 for Brazil

- Lead the ‘Go Paperless’ (Agent e-docs) effort for Vanliner, National Interstate and Hawaii offices
- This is a highly complex project which involves consolidating all policy documents (new business, renewal business, endorsements, cancel & reinstatement) from multiple policy application systems into a cloud-based vendor product called ‘BOX’ for easy access by agents from anywhere in the world
- (Used JIRA to manage the different paper documents that needed to go paperless.)
- Successfully completed the implementation of SalesForce
- CRM for Vanliner, provides a quick and easy way for Customer Service, Claims, Underwriting and Marketing departments to see customer information in order to provide World Class customer service
- Customer service used to pull up customer information from many different applications
- SalesForce has enabled them to get customer information at their fingertips all in one place
- Lead the effort to identify a “New Claims & Billing System” for our company to buy
- This was a very fast paced project with very little timeline of 4 months to go look for the next gen apps that are out in the P & C insurance industry market that’ll fit our business needs in the billing and claims space
- Interacted with many major vendors in the market, influenced vendors to react soon to our request and comply with our short timeline
- Successfully implemented “PRISM for National Interstate” project which enables National Interstate insurance policies to invoice using PRISM the Vanliner Receivable System
- This project helped us consolidate to one Billing & Collections application
- PRISM is a very complex application that interfaces with Payment Portal, POINT, AURA, EAS, Customer Portal and Producer Portal
- This system enabled payments via credit card, ACH and check
- (Used JIRA for this Java in-house application development project.)
- Managed Systems Integration and Migration of all Vanliner Applications to National Interstate
- When Vanliner was bought by National Interstate in 2010; IT had to transition all software and hardware from UniGroup Inc
- To National Interstate in Ohio within 6-9 months
- Extreme project management and coordination was necessary between Ohio and St
- Louis teams to complete this project on time to avert financial consequences
- This is one of the best projects that I have lead, which has been very challenging with minimal resources, two different sites and a very short timeline
- This project was successfully completed on schedule in Mar 2011
- Managed the implementation of new Web Interfaces in 2013 between many National Interstate applications and PRISM
- This project earned great appreciation since customers can view their bill online and pay online as well.
