Tasked with ensuring cost-effective production of high-quality products by personally overseeing all areas of production, as well as planning effective run strategies, resource allocation, crewing, and ensuring adherence to all safety and quality procedures. Daily utilization of Lean and Six-Sigma methodology, DMAIC process, RCFA, and 5S to ensure Plant’s efficiency goals are exceeded.
QA Lab Technician (2 years): Performed analytical testing to ensure all ingredients and finished products were within specification to guarantee consumer safety and maintain high quality standards. Utilized a diverse array of laboratory equipment, as well as SAP and Campbell’s proprietary Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Recipe Management System (RMS). Required advanced training of HACCP procedures, SSOP’s (Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures), and bacterial microbiology.
Heavy Equipment Operator (2 years): Initially responsible for running a Palletizer and forklift but took advantage of every opportunity to learn new equipment. Before transfer to Lab Tech position, was familiar with all equipment across each of the three Plant departments (Prep/Blend, Filling, and Packaging).
