Maintains compliance with Medicaid, managing application process for new site numbers and revalidation and re-credential of 85 site numbers.
Familiar with Medicaid, Dept. of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities, HealthCare Facilities Regulatory Office rules and regulations.
Provides leadership in CQI/Risk Management activities, with Quality Assurance Department.
Assist Quality Assurance with CARF Preparation, ensuring standards for administrative department are met.
Represent the organization externally, as necessary.
Assists with monthly and quarterly assessments and forecasts of organization's financial performance against budget, financial, and operational goals.
Upgrades and implements an appropriate system of protocols, policies, internal controls, accounting standards, and procedures.
Plan, coordinate, and execute the annual budget process and management.
Completes special projects by organizing and coordinating information and requirements; planning, arranging, and meeting schedules; monitoring results.
Continuously evaluate the operational and financial health of the organization and innovate strategies to address emerging liabilities.
Achieves financial objectives by anticipating requirements; submitting information for budget preparation; scheduling expenditures; monitoring costs; analyzing variances.
Assures service documentation and record compliance with all regulatory requirements by the State of Georgia and Federal governments to include maintaining provider numbers.
Takes initiative on requests and inquiries of administrative nature.

Works on the Senior Leadership to support strategic, long-term planning, and measurable goal setting to ensure that the planning is actualized and aligned with all the agency wide goals; and addresses organizational processes, evaluations and strategic planning.
