• primary responsibility is to perform recertification visits
• evaluating and verifying clients' continued qualification to receive hospice services

• Perform daily rounds, interpret lab work, adjust treatment based on radiology reports, reconcile meds, prepare and initiate discharge plans, prescribe and adjust all meds needed for treatment except oncologic regimens.

• Under the supervision of 4 physicians, managed a 59 bed skilled rehab and long term care nursing facility.

• Staff Wellness clinic for employees of a telemarketing company.
• Responsibilities include physical exams, point of care testing and routine lab draws.

• First point of contact for 4 dialysis units, managing care of approximately 100 patients
• Conduct daily dialysis and hospital rounds.
