As a Customer Service Representative, I have dealt with many types of people over the last couple years. I've learned a variety of office skills such as running a POS, making and receiving phone calls, taking payments, and opening/closing a facility independently. I've also learned several personal skills over the years as well including de-escalating situations, resolving conflicts, and building rapport. The business and workplace skills that I've developed have enabled me to excel in the workforce, and the personal skills I've learned have improved my daily personal interactions and will assist my future career in Criminal Justice, Criminology, and Law.
