Summary

Through leading organizations, coordinating large-scale projects, and mentoring younger students, I have developed skills in organization, advocacy, and public engagement. My 450+ service hours have allowed me to broaden my perspective and strengthen my commitment to service. Competitive activities, such as mock trial, have sharpened my abilities in argumentation and public speaking, while my professional experiences have taught me responsibility, adaptability, and how to collaborate effectively in high-pressure environments. All these experiences combined have fueled my interest in protecting the vulnerable, as well as pursuing law, and have made choosing the University of Texas: College of Social Work the easiest choice I have ever made.
