I earned a spot in the NSHSS(National Society of High School Scholars) through my grades and dedication to learning. Not only this, but during my Sophomore year of competing in NORCAL rodeo, I made it to the finals in two out of four of my events. This took an abundance of time management skills and countless hours of dedication. I earned 4th overall in goat tying and 6th overall in pole bending. I also competed for the opportunity to become the District 3 Rodeo Queen and won.
