I am passionate about my work. I display a steady source of motivation that pushes me to put my best work forward. I am constantly challenging myself daily to learn new skills that can improve not only my work but, the working environment. I am ambitious and driven. I am constantly setting daily goals for myself in and outside of my working environment. I am organized. I am always jotting down notes and like to keep my working environment very clean. I feel this not only helps keep my working efficiency steady but also my co-workers. I am a people person. I have worked in customer service since the age of 16 and have not left the customer service industry since. I love engaging with customers/patients and making a positive impact on their day. I am a natural leader. I have found that once I am confident in my position of work, I like to take an appropriate amount of charge and help my co-workers in areas they may be struggling in. This usually involves responding to questions that I may be asked. If I do not know the correct response to a question then I will at least refer them in the right direction. Lastly, I am an excellent communicator. I believe that communication is key to all success. I take pride in relaying important information because it ensures successful results.
