Chloe Eichenlaub

Throughout my academic career, I have honed my skills in Elementary Education, Lesson Planning, and Differentiated Instruction. These skills have enabled me to design engaging, inclusive, and adaptive classroom experiences that cater to diverse student needs. I believe that all students can succeed, and I am committed to providing the support necessary to help each child reach their full potential.

A core aspect of my teaching philosophy is a dedication to collaboration and teamwork. In my experience, teaching is most effective when educators work together to share strategies, solve challenges, and celebrate successes. My strength in collaboration will allow me to work closely with other teachers, staff, and parents to create a cohesive and supportive educational environment. For example, I successfully collaborated with a team of student teachers during my practicum to design an interdisciplinary science unit, which taught me the value of insight-sharing and cooperative planning.
