- Acknowledging and connecting with all customers that come to our store.

- ensuring that all policies, standards, and procedures are followed.

- Providing any necessary teaching, training, and coaching to ensure our partners are always doing the right work and ensuring customer satisfaction as a result.

• Prioritized tasks during high-traffic hours, ensuring shelves remained stocked and well-organized despite increased customer volume.
• Optimized end cap displays to highlight seasonal items or special promotions, driving increased sales for key products.
• Maintained product knowledge to better assist customers with dietary restrictions, preferences, or inquiries about specific items.
