Kesem is a national nonprofit that supports children through and beyond their parent's cancer journey.
• Lead a team of twelve coordinators and twenty general members to recruit volunteers, camper families, fundraise, and build a presence in the Tucson Community.
• Facilitate weekly coordinator meetings to complete recruitment and fundraiser tasks.
• Work with a supervisor on a weekly basis to make sure that the chapter was meeting its quarterly goals.
• Strategize and fundraise for events that require items to be donated.
• Communicate with camper families on a weekly basis, ensuring year-round support.
• Plan and facilitate a one-week long camp that takes place during the summer.
• Recruit Advisory Board Members, Nurses, Mental Health Professionals, Campsite Contacts, and Counselors for the chapter's annual summer camp.

• Collaborated with event organizers to develop accurate budgets for club-sponsored events, promoting fiscal responsibility.
• Worked closely with the club president to align financial decisions with organizational goals and priorities.

• Maintained strong knowledge of current menu offerings, enabling effective communication with both kitchen staff and servers regarding dish details.
