• Assist Artist Team during decision-making process by compiling daily reports to suggest corrective action.
• Collaborate with Executive Team and fellow Artistic Team to organize operations and achieve demanding schedule targets (i.e. touring itineraries, outreach classes, long-range season planning)
• Curate daily company class teachers: Develop comprehensive plan to accomplish company objectives while staying within budget
• Post ALL CPRDE correspondence (i.e. daily/weekly schedules, call times, outreach, casting)
• Digitalize media and supply notes for Ensemble repertory video study

Artistic

• Become fully immersed in the choreographic material and other components of a work: grasp the identity and/or participate in the creative process
• Aid in the process of remounting/reconstructing a work: learn/teach choreography (male and female parts, spacing, musicality, etc) via daily video study
• Help design programming based on the company's 50+ years of repertoire
• Help Dancers achieve maximum potential

• Collaborated with directors, producers, writing staff and performance teams to determine optimal performance strategies and perfect approaches.
