Poolman Leadership Academy Award

I participated in a semester long academy that focused on building leadership skills and collaborating with other members. These classes not only focused on what it means to lead others, but how to be a leader others want to follow. We leaned many interpersonal skills, presentation skills, and collaborative skills that we utilized during our end of semester presentations. I earned the leadership award by successfully utilizing my new skillset and applying it to our big presentations.
