  • Successful Contract Negotiation, As President successfully negotiated two long term contracts for the pay, benefits, and working conditions of over 200 employees, and built long lasting relationships with appointed and elected officials and improved the lives of all organization employees.
  • Successful Conflict Resolution and Change Management, Led conflict resolution and change management efforts in large organization, raising employee satisfaction and morale from 31% to 90%. This project created the roadmap for organizational change.
  • Hired 2 Police Chiefs, Directly involved with city management, stakeholders, and elected officials in hiring two Police Chiefs for a mid-size municipal police department.
