For 16 years I have worked in the customer service industry, specializing in retail sales, SaaS, as well as Client Support. As of last summer, I made the decision to pivot to learn more about Cybersecurity because of the use of automation programs in my personal life. I became fully immersed in the world of Cybersecurity, leading me to complete the Google Cybersecurity Career Certification. Filling the void of uncertainty for potential clientele and probing with the right questions to find the best practical solutions quickly became the mentality I apply to every client or situation. Being conscious of company metrics also made me a results driven caliber employee. I've been consistently able to overcome various obstacles and challenges and prove myself a reliable resource for both my leadership teams and my peers. Throughout my time Customer Support, I have learned the use of Business Acumen, Strategic Ability, Interpersonal savvy, and self development to execute my role successfully and support my team.
