As a performer with Genesis Drum & Bugle Corps in 2024 and the Crossmen Drum & Bugle Corps in 2025, I committed to months of intense training, long rehearsal days, and high-performance expectations while traveling nationally and performing at a world-class level. These experiences required exceptional time management, adaptability, and resilience under pressure, as well as the ability to receive and implement detailed feedback quickly. Marching DCI also strengthened my leadership, collaboration, and communication skills, as success depended on trusting teammates, maintaining accountability, and consistently striving for excellence.
