Created in-house strategic recruitment team to facilitate Director+ placements across all corporate and 50+ properties nationwide, yielding a cost savings of close to 9MM in annual agency spend.
• Leadership and Management: Provide strategic leadership and direction to the talent acquisition leaders and team. Ensure that the leaders are equipped with the necessary tools, resources, and training to perform their roles effectively.
• Recruitment Process Optimization: Designs recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to interviewing and onboarding. Stays aware of industry best practices and innovative solutions to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment process. Educates the organization and leaders on efficient and effective best practices.
• Employer Branding: Develop and promote the portfolio of Caesars Entertainment's employer brands to attract top talent. Collaborate with social media, marketing and communications teams to create compelling recruitment marketing materials and campaigns.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data to report outcomes and make informed decisions in support of talent acquisition strategy. This includes analyzing recruitment metrics, identifying trends, and implementing strategies to improve time-to-fill and time-to-start metrics. Regularly review and assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make necessary adjustments based on data insights.
