Work History

Project Manager

JNT Construction
Dallas, TX
06.2022 - Current
  • Managed a $6.2 million dollar CapEx project for a 126 door multifamily complex. Vacant for four years and nearly condemned, we gutted the structures and rebuilt the 7 residential buildings, bringing all of them up to current 2020 codes for foundations, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, building, and code enforcement requirements. This required several quick decisions being made to combat the unknown issues of a 50+ year old property. These were done to limit costs, damage, or additional work. Found and managed several subcontractors for all trades. Coordinated scheduling for all construction to meet all deadlines and inspections. Worked directly with accounting to help manage all financials and project costs, while value engineering to increase profits. Utilized the Buildertrend Project Management software to manage all job tasks, such as purchase orders, change orders, invoicing, and billing communication with the owners and vendors. Responsible for ordering all materials, including unit matrix orders, for the renovation.
