Built a House in Camaronal, Costa Rica

I like challenges and adventure so as I had a break for the first time in a 20 year career, I decided to build an 4 bedroom/4 bathroom house on a hill over a turtle reserve that has some of the best waves in Costa Rica. Building a house is difficult enough but in a foreign language, not close to where I live full time, and in a rural community was extremely challenging but I learned most problems can be solved with the right people and a lot of creative problem solving!
