• Creating and Issuing FAA Form 8130-3, Airworthiness Approval Tags. Verifying the parts conform to the original type design and in a condition for safe operation and return to service under FAR part 145, Repair Station #OB2R051L
• Create Quality Notifications on discrepant parts/materials and submitting them to engineering for disposition. Ensuring Certificate of Conformity for traceability of materials used and processes in manufacturing of the part.

• Performing Inspections and Acceptance Test Procedures, on aircraft engine components; hydraulic valves and actuators; jet engine inlets and thrust reversers per FAA/Nordam certified approved data and Nordam Repair Procedures
• Perform Ultrasonic testing, per all certified approved data, borescope Inspections on inlet anti-ice tube assembly, 3 years Net-Insp experience and 5 years plus SAP experience.

• Performed inspections on single engine aircraft, per Cessna manual checklist for pre and post flight inspection
• Inspections involved checking fuselage, wings, and leading edge for damage wear. Inspected control surfaces and controls for damage/ wear and all fasteners for wear and damage
• Avionics/electrical installation and troubleshooting and Repaired per approved data.

• Building of the new Scorpion fighter jet, installing systems on the Aircraft
• Ground support on experimental Cessna 182 and 208 Caravan; performed pre-flight and post flight Inspections per Cessna manual checklist
• Discrepancies repaired and documented, work performed per certified data/Cessna manual.

• Performed full Airframe and Powerplant Inspections on King Air 200 series for U.S
• Army D.O.D
• Inspecting Aircraft returning from Overseas, inspecting planes visually for additional hidden Discrepancies
• Performed inspections on Airframe and Powerplant, propellers and control surfaces and controls, windshields, and all various types of fasteners for damage and excessive wear, per approved data/ Hawker Beechcraft manual; all repairs were performed per approved data/ Hawker Beechcraft manual.

• Performed maintenance and kept mission-ready, 9 King Air 200 series (C12R) Aircraft for the U.S Army D.O.D in Iraq.
• Removal and installation of engines, aileron, hydraulic accumulator, starter/generators, propellers, windshields, tires
• Performed Post and Pre-flight Inspections on planes per Hawker King Air manual checklist
• Performed Hot Section Inspections on the rotor and stator fins with a borescope on the engines
