- This November will mark my 17th year with this company. After I was fully qualified, I was tasked with becoming a peer trainer for Reaction Operations. Since this time, I had the honor of training and qualifying several Reaction field technicians as well as two ICR technicians. I have been a part of several PHA's for reaction and have traveled overseas to our sister site in Kuan Yin where I assisted in the initial startup and safety check to insure the successful startup of their thermal oxidizer and post scrubber system.
