I have spent 10 years with Oregon Ice Cream, and am excited for this opportunity to return to a supervisor position. I am eager to expand my skill set in this role, and continue to support OIC in all ways possible.
-Maintain high standards of people safety, as well as food safety
-Continue to improve overall efficiency, both with staff as well as products
-Onboarding new hires/temps, as well as working to train/coach current team members in various levels of production
-Strong skill in cross-department communication
-Experience on the safety committee, as well as the Redzone team
-Knowledge of various mechanical devices and processes throughout the facility
-Knowledge of paperwork processes, as well as various recording methods/state dairy regulations/SQF/GMPS
-Inventory/material management
-Basic ability to communicate in Spanish
Various front desk duties, such as checking in guests, night shift management/assorted duties, basic billing/accounting experience
Assisted therapists in daily tasks, developed office management skills, maintained a good front office experience onboarding new patients and assisting regular patients.
