Created Entergy's first Center of Excellence for lineworker training, standardizing all Operating Company BootCamp training into one central location.

Conscientiously managed both Capital and Operations and Maintenance spending, resulting in new equipment, facility improvements and new technologies while remaining under budget.

Led up to four training centers in four locations across the South Eastern United States with over 25 direct reports and no subordinate leadership. These centers collectively trained over 3000 distribution personnel annually.

Served on advisory councils for four colleges, advising on such matters as curriculum, budget management and equipment procurement.

• Addressed lack of relevant leader training for site and developed and delivered new relevant leadership training for first time in site history.

• Coached, trained and mentored 30 associates to maximize performance by 10% and meet productivity goals.
• Developed, recorded and produced production reports with MS Excell and Nissan Production Software.
• Analyzed and created reports to determine productivity margins, trending analysis and inventory levels.
• Created informative documents with MS Word informing workers of scheduling assignments, work flow processes and engineering and process changes.

• Worked closely with First Army leadership and Commanding General to strategically affect operational direction.
• Exercised appropriate cost control to meet budget restrictions to maximize training enhancements.
• Drove strategic improvements to enhance operational and organizational efficiencies resulting in duplication of training efforts across the U.S. Army.
• Designed and built the first consolidated First Army training academy in Army history.
