  • Promoted a positive working atmosphere through teamwork and collaboration with colleagues across departments.
  • Was over what we call a CEM (Customer Experience Monitor) where I would review comments and scores on how we as a restaurant were doing with fast service, attentiveness, courteousness, ETC.
  • Was also known by many customers as "The Chick-Fil-A guy". And knew many customers by name.
  • During my time at CFA, when I first started was cross-trained (Back of House) as well as growing in (Front of House) where I was able to be very knowledgeable on all the procedures in the restaurant.
  • Was also very knowledgeable and helped educate others on PathWay. PathWay is the program CFA uses to put all their procedures on how to clean the Restaraunt properly, how to serve customers the CFA way, How to prepare and serve food.
