• Oversee college preparatory curriculum alignment, and instructional practices for teachers in grades 6-12

• Served 6 years as a member of the teaching faculty at Lindale High School (US history for high school juniors)
• Taught Dual Credit US history as an adjunct professor of US history at Tyler Junior College (taught dual credit HIST 1301 and 1302) on campus at Lindale High School (concurrent employment with LISD and TJC) from 2020-2023 (3 school years)
• Responsible for meeting both course content requirements as established by dean of school of history and geography at Tyler Junior College, while also integrating Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills for my high school students who were also responsible for taking the STAAR test.

Sabine High School (2010-2017; 6 years)

English I teacher and Varsity boys basketball coach

Promoted to assistant principal at Sabine High School in 2013

• provided instructional leadership for English and Social Studies department
• developed curriculum from academic elective courses in social studies

Other teaching experience includes teaching high school social studies courses at Gilmer ISD, Crowley ISD, Hallsville ISD, Harleton ISD, and Grace Community School (Biblical studies courses)
