- Kitchen Staff 01 is a leadership position in Camp Tecumseh’s Summer Camp Kitchen. Employees under KS01 are designated to participate in all tasks such as (but not limited to) stocking, serving/preparing food, customer-service, cleaning, dish-washing, closing, and more (besides cooking) KS01 are also encouraged to lead their fellow employees and instruct them with tasks. This role is usually given to long-time employees who are trusted and have shown themselves as effective employees with good leadership and social skills.
- The employees are required to engage in conversation and help with customers, work in uncomfortable (cold, hot, wet, etc) environments, lift heavy equipment/stock, and more.
