Filmed/edited various documentary pieces for this non-profit organization. With trips to Ethiopia, Rwanda, and the DR, we took our cameras into the field and created multiple documentary pieces aimed at sharing real world stories about the impact of clean water and micro-business initiatives.

• Collaborated with many of music's top artists to envision, facilitate, and deliver hundreds of film/video productions including multiple award-winning music videos showcased at major award shows.
• Developed strong relationships with clients through effective communication and understanding of their vision, resulting in repeat business.
• Coordinated with production team(s) to pinpoint creative vision, technical needs, budgetary concerns, production, post-production, and delivery/implementation.
• Balanced multiple project deadlines simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards throughout each deliverable.
• Managed social media campaigns that boosted online presence and attracted new supporters for various nonprofit endeavors.
• Designed/Directed multi-camera live concert productions for broadcast including Keith Urban's world tour DVD that garnered he and I both Grammy Nominations.
• Attended industry conferences and workshops regularly to stay current on emerging trends in video production technology and techniques particularly in regards to social media and the on-line landscape.
• Expanded network connections by collaborating with prominent industry professionals in all facets of film/video.

• Served as a Dean/Teacher at this diverse k-12 school in Sun Valley, CA.
• Oversaw the Fine Arts division of a ground-breaking educational mentoring program aimed at giving students an opportunity to explore potential career paths. Our programs consisted of elective classroom instruction combined with real world experience.
• Built and implemented a complete film/video curriculum influenced by my own experience in film school.
• Taught various classes from this curriculum for grades 6th thru 12th with an overall theme of STORY. Our classroom environment was project based with an emphasis on the history, art, and technical aspects of filmmaking. My students created music videos, short films, documentaries, and social media based content.
• Fostered student curiosity and interest through creative hands-on activities and real world production experiences.
• Managed classroom behavior effectively by establishing clear expectations, modeling appropriate conduct, and consistently enforcing established rules and consequences. Maintained an open and participative environment for parents to get involved on many levels.

The Grace of Jake is an award-winning independent feature film that I wrote, produced, directed, and edited. We raised all the funds for the movie via Kickstarter and filmed on location in my hometown of Forrest City, Arkansas. Some of my duties included:

• Writing the original script.
• Fundraising through on-line crowd sourcing by creating an around-the-clock multi-media campaign.
• Building an entire production team from the ground up and coordinating logistics, schedules, and talent management for smooth production flow and optimal results.
• Managed budgets and allocated resources effectively, ensuring the movie was completed on time and within budget constraints.
• Directing the movie by leading my team to bring a creative vision to life.
• Editing and delivering the movie.
• Orchestrating license agreements for music and footage, talent releases, and distribution contracts.
