  • I Programmed and ran 3 axis machine's. I would create all my own inspection to fit multiple component's together in the cnc based on Part tolerances and component's.
  • Did design reviews to make sure nothing was missed, and gave recommendations on things to change to help speed up the Manufacturing process.
  • I Trained People on Programming and how to setup and run the cnc's.
  • I worked close with other's to plan and schedule job's through the shop.

  • Programming micro molds, fluidic plates, bone anchors, microscope slides with fluidic channels to be molded.
  • Ran the micro molds, fluidic plates, bone anchors, microscope slides with fluidic channels.
  • Programmed for several types of steels.
  • Programmed and ran cutters as small as .0008, but the average was 0.1 mm to 0.5 mm in diameter. And up from there.
  • Fitting shut offs in the CNC for peek plastic that flashes at .0001.
  • Write programs to run after hours over the weekends and/or days at a time.
  • Designing and pulling electrodes to be manufactured.
  • Deciding what is the most efficient procedure to manufacture jobs and plan them through completion.
  • Utilizing the part print to properly machine/tolerance jobs being manufactured.
  • Responsible to Make procedures for manufacturing. And to have them implemented into ISO 13485.
  • Worked in the quality control room for about 1 1/2 years. We used ISO 13485. I was responsible for inspecting plastic parts to be shipped to the customer, and inspecting steel component's. When needed I would do certifications for steel components.
  • In the past year I started learning how to polish steel components. (Not an expert! Still in the learning stages).
