Prepared various type cost proposals based on RFP requirements from DoD customers like Ground-Based Missile Defense (GMD), and NASA customers like Space Station. These cost proposals ranged from current change orders of an existing contract, total restructures of an existing contract, and competitive proposals.

Prepared cost presentations for program management review, and seek approval to submit proposal.

Supported the cost proposal during the required Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) audit process.

Participated in the negotiations of the cost proposal with the government customer, and supported the process of applying the agreed to cost into the base contract.

Provided the negotiated cost data to the Bus Ops organization, and support their efforts to include the cost data into the budget.
