Operator, Wet End Supervisor, Relief Foreman

United States Gypsum
10.2007 - 05.2016

After learning all 6 operator positions, I began training on the machine and made Wet End Supervisor in 2012.

My responsibilities were similar to the responsibilities of a Wet End Supervisor today.

A few things that I am proud of from my time as supervisor include:

  • Consistently met recovery and efficiency goals.
  • Played a part in solving many issues with Glass mat products. I also had the opportunity to go to Jacksonville for a few days to help with GM trial.
  • Was tasked with going to number 2 to run the machine while they searched for a wet end supervisor.
