As Associate Pastor, duties over the course of 23 years included leadership in multiple areas:

• Facilities Maintenance and Repair: Regular maintenance and trouble-shooting and repair of all systems and equipment for 26,000 sq/ft of church facilities including plumbing, electrical, lighting, HVAC, septic system, snow removal, landscaping, irrigation etc. Remodeling of church facilities as needed, including all phases of construction; framing, electrical, plumbing, drywall, tape and texture, painting, flooring, tile, finish trim etc. Examples: Sanctuary remodeled twice, office complex remodeled twice, multiple remodels of school buildings and classrooms, completely updated and modernized main restrooms with automatic faucets, tile flooring and surrounds and quartz countertops.
• Oversight of construction projects. Oversight of construction of 6000 sq/ft annex to current sanctuary that was dedicated in July of 2023.
• Organization of volunteers for church work days for 40-50 people at one time, including all types of work projects organized for volunteers to execute. Development and oversight of volunteer cleaning and maintenance ministry called "Keeper's Ministry" to aid in weekly cleaning and maintenance of church facilities. Development and maintenance of church grounds.
• Supervised other staff as directed by Senior Pastor
• Ministry Oversight including Ushers and Greeters, Nursery ministry, Welcome Neighbor Pie Ministry, Audio/Media ministry, baptisms,
• Music Director: Choir director, song leader, special music development, children's music, special events
• Adult Sunday School Teacher
• Foundations Discipleship Training Class- a discipleship program developed to teach and train Christians in a small group setting how to grow in their relationship with Christ and serve Him faithfully.
• Youth and Children's Ministry
• Outreach Director including development and implementation of weekly literature distribution, door to door canvasing, follow up contacts and personal visitation and soul winning programs.
• Counseling
• Soul Winning and Visitation Ministry

• Music Director- Choir director and song leader for 3 worship services each week, special music development, children's music, special events
• Youth Ministry Director- Teach, train, and evangelize youth. Direct monthly youth activities.
• Buildings and Maintenance: Regular maintenance and repair of facilities.
• Bus Ministry Director- Evangelize and reach families with Gospel in our community weekly through promotion and building of effective bus ministry to local children by providing bus transportation to and from Sunday church services.

• Promoted to Store Manager-May of 1995 after 16 years with company. Assignments included: 1. Use people skills to restore employee morale and customer confidence. 2. Rebuilding monthly sales and profitability. 3. Provide a foundation for expansion of store and sales territory. Accomplishments included: 1. Rebuilding of previous customer base with addition of new customers. 2. Improvement of customer service through improved employee morale and productivity. 3. Increased monthly gross sales from $25000/mo. to over $180,000/mo. by May 1996 4. Store was expanded in 1996 with completion of new 3600 sq./ft storefront and office complex. 5. Continuance of growth of monthly sales through expansion of sales territory.
• Shop Foreman-(6 years) before promotion to store manager. Duties included: Tracking inventory, training shop workers in production work and safety, maintaining QC, maintaining machinery, customer service in problem solving through manufacture use and of wire rope products including slings, rigging, lifting products, etc. for a vast variety of applications.
