Chris Krammes

Started working for a family owned manufacturing company when I got out of high school in 1997. Started at ground level cleaning and deburring machined parts. Grew from there to Vice President of manufacturing and sales. Most often I work with customers around the US and our shop to make sure we meet all needs and goals within their budget and time frame.

I also own and opperate an e-commerce apparel business that has been an industry leader for the past 9 years. We do our own designs, layout and production. Hats, shirts etc. I work with all our suppliers and order materials that are current with trends.

While running our apparel business we struggled with creating faster mockups and easier customer user experience. So I developed a 3D designing tool that allows the customer to be the designer eliminating the time we spend doing mockups. The app allows customers to design and share models in full 3D. We then made the software public and sold it nationwide.

I'm pretty hands on. Our family owns a large farm. We grow and sell hay. My role outside of running the farming equipment is working finding buyers for our hay and working with customers. I also plant food plots and take care of our pond and fish quality.

On my free time I guide fishing and hunting trips along the tidal waters. I have been navigating various boats on tidal waters over 20 years. Well over 1000 hours on the water. Very comfortable navigating in darkness as I've run a lot of trips overnight.
