  • Spearheaded a grant proposal to the Department of Homeland Security, obtaining funds for a 1300-square-foot simulation shoot house used by Police, Fire, and EMS. The facility is utilized by surrounding agencies to help train in terrorist incidents. Impact: A fully operational shoot house with fiber optics valued at over 1.4 million dollars.
  • Reorganized a poorly trained, poorly equipped, non-operational SWAT team. Re-allocated the budget -bringing in outside trainers to certify each operator. Developed training criteria conforming to higher training standards. Impact: We were able to procure $30,000 worth of new updated weapons and equipment and maintain a fully operational 12-man SWAT team all certified by national instructors.
  • Developed a Corporate Security Policy for North American manufacturing and corporate office facilities. Impact: One security umbrella to leverage all resources into a consistent method of security operations. To have a foundation to build the security policy into a global security policy. Published in the Global Security Operations Manual.
