R&D Maintenance Services Inc. Tennessee Tombigee Waterway Project. Operates the Quality Control and Safety Program for the Tenn Tomm Waterway and evaluates contract work and work performance through systematic inspections throughout the project. Operates index independently from project management and reports directly to the company president. Provides guidance on employee training and safety awareness; prepares fail inspection reports for corporate management and Corps of Engineers with comments and suggestions on both positive and deficient performances. Performs follow up inspections to ensure deficient work discovered is corrected in a timely matter consistent with contract specifications.

Responsible for over 70 personnel and daily goals. Safety Lead for the plant on B Crew Shift. Conducted daily safety meetings and lead accident prevention and investigation. Worked with multiple Depts. to achieve daily production goals

Served as a frontline Medic and in clinical environment on one tour in Iraq.

Worked as a Medic for the Rasp Battalion in Ft. Benningno, GA. Also served one tour in Iraq. Trained multi-national troops and US soldiers on Basic First Aid and Preventive medicine.

Responsible for managing personnel and sub-contractors to ensure all construction were done in a timely manner and to code. Conducted safety meetings and training on various equipment. Lead multiple construction projects in the excess of 3 million dollars.
