- In my role as Regional Director of Cultivation for Verano, I managed 200 employees (with three direct reports) at three cultivation facilities in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Maryland. I was responsible for all aspects of cultivation for over 250,000 sq. ft. of cultivation space. This included the development and implementation of all procedural SOP’s; the satisfaction of compliance requirements; the analysis of all data relating to grams per sq. ft., A/B/small percentages, potency and terpene results; and the maintenance of a sales based production plan based on my data analysis.
- I have vast experience in the use of automation systems like Argus and Link 4 along with Dosatron, H.E. Anderson injector racks and commercial reverse osmosis systems.
- My fertigation and cloning procedures and IPM strategies have been implemented nationwide by many other Verano cultivation facilities.
- I have interviewed over 150 candidates for employment in my facilities over the past eight years and I have developed an ability to identify talent.
- I have Implemented crop steering procedures based in PPFD/VPD/osmotic pressure.
- The Eastern Region expenses were cut by over 30% when I had more energy efficient lighting installed and after I implemented a change in nutrient regimes to a system that was half the price while maintaining the same grams per square foot and quality of product.

At that time I was made Regional Director for Pennsylvania, Maryland and New Jersey.

- As Director of Cultivation for AgriKind, I directed 30 employees in all day to day operations from clone to harvest and I helped to design the build out of of Phase II of our Pennsylvania cultivation site. This included a centralized fertigation room that feeds ten rooms, eight flower rooms, a vegetative room and a mother room.
- I Implemented daily and weekly checklists to ensure compliance with our production plan and instituted checks and balances which helped to guarantee the efficient running of the facility.
