I have been in sales for over 20 years, and have been in management for 15 of those years. I work well with others and enjoy helping them realize and hone in their own skills in selling. My main goal has always been to change peoples lives in a positive way. I have a naturally competitive nature, and don't waste time. I go to work to work, and I'm there to maximize profits. I like to keep things simple and try not to over-complicate when solving problems. From years of training and experience, I have really learned the importance of sticking to the the process to ensure increased profits. I am truly a salesman at my core.
Similar to my other General Manager job. However, I was recruited for this job to help open this location. This was a great place to work. It gave me the skills needed to be a better GM. I resigned due to the commute.
