  • Span of control includes responsibilities for full site P&L, Safety, Quality, Continuous Improvement, Customer Experience and Productivity for 4,000+ nonexempt team members, and 200+ exempt leaders.
  • Led the revised policy implementation for performance management of all non-exempt TMs impacting ~10k employees resulting in a 15% reduction in attrition and no negative impact to productivity.

  • Over the span of 8.5 years with Amazon I held many different roles in Reno and Las Vegas, NV ranging from Operations Manager to Regional Continuous Improvement support of FCs across the Amazon Network, Sr Ops, GM, and Regional Director.
  • During this time, I was promoted 4 times to increased leadership responsibilities.
  • As Regional Director I led all aspects of the daily operations for the West Coast Traditional Non-Sort FCs in AZ, CA, CO, and NV.
  • The region included 6 buildings and ~6k nonexempt team members, and ~300 exempt leaders.

  • Started out as an Operations Manger in Training in Salt Lake City, UT. Promoted to Operations Manager, and launched a new Distribution Center in Topeka, KS. Promoted to Project Manager at the corporate office in Minneapolis, MN.
  • As the Production Control (PC) Process Owner, I provided direct support and strategic direction to 32 PC managers across the Target network.
  • Developed the PC manager core roles / responsibilities, training program and certification process that streamlined support, enhanced communication, and resulted in a ~10% network improvement in productivity.
  • Created, implemented, and executed new technology training (Automated Storage and Retrieval System and Voice Directed Picking) for the entire distribution network.
  • Managed a comprehensive communication plan for the project implementation and companywide roll-out and developed / executed the operational supplies and equipment procurement needs for the entire project
  • As the PC in the Target Topeka, KS distribution center I led 50 operations managers in daily staff planning, communication and operational performance initiatives for 600 hourly team members.
  • As an Operations Manager I hired, led, motivated, and inspired 30 to 40 hourly employees daily in a fast-paced distribution environment.
