I have operated Catapillar motor grader with v-plow and side mount wing for pushing snow drifts back into the ditch. I have operated roller for rolling shoulder rock,millings and rolling hoy asphalt patches.l have driven single axle, tandem axle dump trucks for hauling material, plowing snow and hauling equipment with a tag trailer.I have experience driving a tractor trailer lowboy for hauling heavy equipment to and from job sites. I've been in charge of a tar kettle crew for sealing cracks on the roadway. i've operated the Dura patch machine for patching potholes. I have used the Vermeer 1200 XL brush chipper for chipping brush.I was responsible for plowing twenty eight lane miles of highway for Rock Island county with tandem dump truck with side mount wing and tailgate spreader,applying liquid material to salt to put on roadways to melt snow and ice,I am experienced with Force America computer system in plow truck for collaborating how much salt and liquid deicer needs to be applied to roadway. I have operated belly blade on snow plow truck to remove hard pack snow and ice from road way. I have operated many different chainsaw models from an 026,034,ms 261 and ms362 for filling and trimming trees. I have also operated a pole pruner for trimming limbs from the ground, tree, rigging ropes for climbing trees, knot holding for felling trees and tree limbs. I was in charge of the paint crew for Rock Island County highway department for 16 years. operating an airless, easy liner, paint machine or striping over 200 lane miles one way and applying Skip dash and making sure I would maintain the proper reflectivity of the paint on the road. I also used a Grayco line, laser walk behind paint machine for painting, stop bars, left and right arrows and curbs around islands. I was also in charge of sign shop following strict guidelines of the MUTCD Road signs. I have made numerous street signs, directional panels and informational signs with the graph tech vinyl plotting machine. I would keep inventory with scan Lilly tool to scan GPS signs on the road when inspecting signs and replacing damage signs. I am certified and trained in CPR and first aid, I'm also certified in traffic control proper placement of construction signs when working on the roadway or closing down a lane of traffic. I am certified in lockout tag out training to maintain a safe working environment. I am certified and proper excavating with confined spaces the proper shore techniques when it comes to trench box excavating when the depth of the hole will be 5 foot or deeper.
