• Replacement of damaged material and structure
• Deck replacement
• Basement remodel
• Barn and outbuilding

• Fluent in any phase of construction from framing to tenant finish.
• Frame and trim, fine wood working, cabinetry, drywall installation, finish and paint, concrete removal and installation, minor electrical, acoustical ceiling removal and installation, 3G, 2G, 1G vertical welding, shaft and firewall assembly, plumbing and heating, roofing, stone design cutting and laying,
• Back-hoe certified, skid-steer, multiple man lift machinery
• Read and interpret building plans. Field modify as necessary.
• Professional knowledge of building practices, local and international building codes.
• Professional craftsmanship utilized in producing desired work product that is built to code and will pass building inspection.
• Thorough knowledge of county construction green building and sustainability practices.
