Accomplishments

Over my time with Zimbrick. I have mentored two service managers. Implemented a new parts and dispatching system in order to make our technicians more efficient.. Upon mentoring the new service managers and losing another advisor due to location and a new child. I have rebuilt our service advisor team in order to reach all manufactures expectations with CSI. We built our standalone Audi dealership six years ago. Once Covid hit, it was difficult to find technicians. I elected to build from within and start with apprentice students at this time. I currently have 17 technicians working out a 14 stalls to be as efficient as possible.. Due to the team I’ve built in and the wonderful people that I have working for me. We have exceeded forecast year over year.. You’re only as good as your people!
