• Father of six. 2 older step children who live on thier own, 2 teens and a pre teen that have called me dad since I entered into a relationship with their mother, and who still call me dad to this day, 3 years since separation. I also have my 1 year old, my only biological child.
• Assistant soccer coach to my middle sons soccer teams, a position that employment with your company will help me ensure for years to come, perhaps even with my youngest should he choose to play.
• If I am not working or on the soccer fields you can find me helping the in-laws split wood, cutting my sister's grass or helping my parents with their own projects. During school I try to be as active as possible in all my children's pursuits.
• My 'me' time you can find me relaxing in the pool or sitting around a good fire. Music is my go to, but a good t.v. show is not far behind

For years I chased better paying jobs, not caring about longevity, hours I spent working or vacations. In the coal industry I found the paycheck I thought I needed, only to find out that after 10 years of the MAD shift work with 11 to 15 hours spent away from home, six days a week that I was losing out on so much. With the birth of my youngest and the time that is left with the middle three before they are too old I look forward to not having to tell my family sorry, Daddy's got to work, I might see you in a few days. The backing from my wife and family in my career change has been an absolute blessing, as is our ability to run a tight household budget on bare minimum. Not only do I find the ability to work a steady, consistent shift appealing, but I like the ability to pick up more when needed for vacations or holidays as well. To be honest, having the opportunity to work for your company has almost a 'coming home' feeling to it, like I would finally be able to both provide for my family as husband and father, but also be able to take part in my families growth and development in ways I never could before.
