. Within 18 months I was Class-k(industrial specific) certified to operate that facility.

Wastewater Treatment Operator
3 Months- Monitoring and maintaining wastewater treatment equipment: pumps, hoses, chemical lines, membranes and DAFs
- Inspecting tanks, filters, and valves, resolving operational issues before exceedences or spills occurred.
- Operating sludge handling and dewatering equipment to support efficient waste processing and disposal.
- Maintaining accurate records of daily operations, including data on water quality, equipment performance, and chemical usage.
- Monitoring facility overnight 6p.m. to 6a.m.
Water Purification Specialist
1 Year 7 Months- This position involves Monitoring the wastewater system of the factory including-
- Regularly completing rounds of inspections.
- Keeping inventory of chemicals.
- Noting the imperfections, possible problem areas, and malfunctioning pumps, valves and motors.
- Fixing and maintaining chemical pumps, and lines.
- Writing work requests for larger more complicated jobs.
- Communicating with operators to coordinate spill treatment procedures
- Working closely with Maintenance technicians to fix equipment.
